Cooking Comic?
Just recently, I was surfing the channels on TV and saw an old anime “Chinese Master Boy Cook” (Not sure if I put the title correctly). Then I told myself, “Gee, a cooking storyline. Yeah, I’ve glanced a bit of that comic before, but what’s so great about a comic with a cooking storyline? It’s probably some dull story about cooking up typical Chinese dishes.”

Apparently, I did not switch the channel. As I continue to watch, I was unconsciously drawn towards the suspenseful storyline. The more I watched, the more I wanted to know if the young hero could find new techniques to compete his rival at a cooking competition, what type of dishes could he come up with. After watching the anime, the next thing I know, I’m digging out my complete collections of “Chinese Master Boy Cook” comics that I haven’t had time to read.

What’s amusing is that when I asked my mom about the ingredients preparation of that comic, my mom said that the techniques used in that comic is accurate.
